Job Njowa son to Shadreck Njowa who is believed to be the brain behind the heist was identified by his cousin Tichaona Njowo allegedly digging the money underground near their hut at around 9 pm
Tichaona wasted no time knowing that Job’s father was being hunted in connection to the heist, he went on to steal the money and dashed on a spending spree at Turf in Ngezi.
His spending habits raised suspicion among many residents in Turf, eventually leading to his arrest.
