Breaking News: Soul Jah Love Dies:
A dark cloud has fallen upon Zimdancehall fans after the announcement of the death of a prominent musician Soul Jah Love.
It is reported that Zimdancehall musician Soul Jah Love, real name Soul Musaka has died. The dancehall artist died at the Mbuya Dorcas Hospital in Waterfalls on Tuesday evening after he had collapsed earlier on in the day. He was 31.
The cause of his death is yet to be announced but it was reported that he collapsed after his sugar levels went high in the afternoon.
The musician was known to be diabetic. According to iHarare Jah Love was rashed to Mbuya Dorcus Hospital on Tuesday afternoon. One of the doctors who attended to him recorded that he had no pulse when he arrived at the hospital and that his sugar levels were so high.
Soul Jah Love’s death was confirmed by one of his handlers Father Paris who told local tabloid H-Metro,
“It’s true mukomana abaya, mahwani,”
[It’s true that he is no more, it’s bad]
Soul Musaka (Soul Jah love Brief Biography)
Soul Musaka rose to fame in 2012 with hit songs ‘Ndini Uya uya’ and ‘Gum-kum’ . The chanter was born on the 22nd November 1989. Soul’s life was plagued with tragedy and tribulations, almost from birth, with his mother dying when he was one year old, to losing his twin brother John at 15 to his father dying in 2005.
